Three main reasons why companies should use 3CX WebMeeting

According to Epson and the Centre of Economics and Business Research, on average workers are spending more than two hours weekly in meetings. Add to that the extra time spent when travelling is required and also calculate the costs on fuel, plane tickets and accommodations. Who’s really paying for all that, and how do you calculate ROI???? With Video Conferencing you can save time and money while increasing your company’s productivity and performance.

Video Conferencing Saves Time

More work gets done in less time when workers don’t have to travel and leave their office. Adopting a video conferencing software such as 3CX WebMeeting, employee productivity and efficiency will be enhanced and company performance will be greatly improved. Almost instantly, employees can attend online meetings and get in touch with their clients and partner organisations from all around the world. Video conferences can be done in as little as 20 minutes and help avoid lengthy and pointless meetings.

Video Conferencing Saves Money

Whether employees are travelling by plane or driving to a certain destination the prices on plane tickets and fuel are significantly high. Additionally, more costs occur from insurance, accommodations, meals and mobile calls during their travels. In the end companies are left with a hefty bill for a single employee attending a meeting. Video conferencing will reduce travelling thus saving the company a sufficient amount of money.
Video Conferencing increases productivity and performance.

Video Conferencing increases Productivity & Performance

Video conferencing allows flexibility in meetings. It can happen anytime from anywhere with internet capabilities. Communications are made easier between co-workers thus boosting their team’s performance. In addition, video conferencing can also be used to keep in touch with clients and partner organisations on a regular basis. Key features such as desktop sharing can make online meetings fun and interesting. Users can share presentations, videos and explain project progresses while demonstrating them to key clients and partners thus improving relationships as well.

What is more, video conferencing can be used for recruitment. Regardless of location, companies can hire the best talent from anywhere in the world, since communications are made free and global through video conferencing.

Gateways – Still a Necessity

Even though VoIP is very popular, many businesses still prefer to use their existing phone lines. Some businesses may need their VoIP phone system integrated with their existing telephony equipment and fax. There is no other way to achieve this without using a VoIP gateway.

beroNet gateways are known for their high quality standards and provide 3CX Phone System users with the ability to virtualize 3CX Phone System with Hyper-V or VMware. In the event of hardware failure, 3CX Phone System continues to run and processing usage is reduced. For businesses that want to leverage SIP trunks and break free from their proprietary PBX but at the same time use their existing phone lines, beroNet gateways are the ideal solution.

Polish foundry forging ahead with 3CX Phone System

Large manufacturing companies use GUSS-EX to provide design, production planning and casting of machine parts. They also provide warehouse logistics services for clients that want to plan and optimize their storage systems. This foundry focuses on streamlining its operations and enhancing the competitiveness of the Polish foundry industry. GUSS-EX is based in Poland and recently expanded with new offices in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus.IT Manager of GUSS-EX, Piotr Rowinski, wanted to network these new offices to the Polish headquarters. While researching, he found that the current system they had was not scalable, it was extremely expensive, they were locked into one vendor and it was complicated to deploy to remote offices. Piotr decided that he needed to find an alternative solution and this is where 3CX stepped in.

3CX Phone System solved all the problems that Piotr was faced with, but also found 3CX to be flexible, low on cost, easy to manage and administer. 3CX works with standard SIP phones, supports various VoIP providers and is far less expensive than a traditional PBX.

After the installation of 3CX, GUSS-EX immediately noticed a rise in productivity since calls are not dropped or lost ‘on hold’. The management team was more than satisfied with the level of support and because of the user friendly interface, both users and administrator were up and running in no time with the new system.Piotr Rowinski says, “After I discovered 3CX I can’t really understand why people keep on spending so much money on their ‘old fashioned’ closed telecommunications systems.”
